RaketPost

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information RaketPost processes, why it is needed, and how it is handled when you use the RaketPost website and Chrome extension.

1. Information RaketPost processes

RaketPost processes only the information needed to provide its campaign and browser-extension features.

  • Account data: your email address, authentication identifiers, and session information used to sign in to RaketPost.
  • Saved Facebook Group data: group names and group URLs that you explicitly import or save to your RaketPost workspace.
  • Campaign data: campaign names, captions, images you upload, selected groups, schedules, job status, retry status, and delivery results.
  • Billing data: your RaketPost plan, checkout identifiers, payment status, and Pro access dates. Payment credentials are handled by PayMongo and are not stored by RaketPost.
  • Technical data: limited error and activity information needed to run campaign jobs, diagnose failures, and protect account access.

2. How the Chrome extension works

The RaketPost Chrome extension connects your RaketPost workspace to Facebook Groups that you are already signed in to through your browser.

  • RaketPost does not ask for or store your Facebook password.
  • The extension uses your existing Facebook browser session only after you explicitly select groups and launch a campaign.
  • The extension may read and interact with Facebook Group pages only to import group information and carry out campaign jobs you requested.
  • RaketPost does not post to groups that you did not select for the campaign.

3. How we use information

  • Authenticate your account and keep your workspace separate from other users.
  • Save and organize Facebook Groups you choose to import.
  • Create, schedule, run, retry, and report campaign jobs that you launch.
  • Store campaign media so the browser worker can use the image you selected.
  • Apply Free or Pro plan limits and activate paid access after a successful PayMongo payment.
  • Detect technical failures, posting restrictions, and unsupported Facebook layouts.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot service problems.

4. Data sharing and third-party services

RaketPost does not sell personal information and does not use user data for targeted advertising.

We use service providers only where needed to operate RaketPost:

  • Supabase for authentication, database storage, and campaign media storage.
  • Netlify for hosting the RaketPost website and server functions.
  • PayMongo for checkout and payment processing.
  • Facebook is accessed through your signed-in browser session when the extension performs the group actions you requested.

These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms. RaketPost is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Facebook.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain account, saved group, campaign, activity, and billing-status data while your RaketPost account remains active or as needed to provide the service.

You can remove saved groups and campaign records from the RaketPost interface where those controls are available. You may also request deletion of your RaketPost account and associated stored data through the support options in the RaketPost dashboard.

Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or payment reconciliation.

6. Security

RaketPost uses authenticated sessions, database access controls, and server-side secrets to protect user data. Sensitive service credentials are not intentionally exposed in the Chrome extension or public website source.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to the minimum required for the product to function.

7. Your choices

  • You choose which Facebook Groups to save.
  • You choose the caption, image, and groups included in each campaign.
  • You decide when to launch a campaign.
  • You may stop using the extension by removing it from Chrome.
  • You may stop using RaketPost and request deletion of your account data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when RaketPost features, legal requirements, or service providers change. The current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date.

9. Contact

For privacy questions or account-data requests, use the support and Group Chat options available inside the RaketPost dashboard.
